I am a joint agent on a New Development, will all my enquiries be sent to the other advertising agent?

In the case of a New Development, if a potential customer opts to 'Contact All', the enquiries will be delivered to both agents' inboxes. You can easily identify which agent has received the particular enquiry by checking the message, which will indicate "This enquiry has been sent to: {Agent Name}."

However, if the customer specifically directs their enquiry to only one agent, your joint agent will not have visibility of that particular enquiry. This distinction ensures that each agent receives relevant enquiries and maintains a clear understanding of their respective customer interactions.
