How to auto-responses work?
Auto-responses in Inbox Pro are tailored to the specific type of property for which an enquiry is received. This customisation allows you to set distinct auto replies for Residential Sales properties as opposed to Residential Rental properties. For instance, you might want to guide a potential tenant to a rental application form.
To configure these auto responses, simply navigate to the dedicated Auto Replies tab within the Inbox section. Here you can effortlessly set up your automatic responses for each category, ensuring a prompt and relevant reply to your customers. Keep in mind, you have the flexibility to enable or disable these auto responses as needed.
When an enquiry comes through, Inbox Pro will seamlessly dispatch your configured response to the user.
