REA Dooley Group are proud to bring to the rental market this Community Cafe premises which is currently under construction due to be completed Summer 2025. Expressions of interest now sought for prospective tenants. The property is on the main street in Herbertstown and will be one of many units to be completed within the Old Store Premises. Building on Herbertstowns heritage of friendship and collaboration The Store will renew social and economic well-being while bringing environmental, business and educational opportunities, through a multi-purpose Community and Enterprise Centre.

Community volunteers with Herbertstown & District Mens Shed and Herbertstown Development Association have established Herbertstown Hub CLG, a community social enterprise to develop and operate The Store building under a long-term community lease from Limerick City & County Council.

Herbertstown Hub will offer The Store Café and Community Garden, the permanent base for the Herbertstown & District Mens Shed and Business spaces for services and offices, including remote working, while renovating the currently derelict building.
