My property is not showing in the correct area on the map, can you help?

If your property is showing in a different location, please accept our apologies. Our system does its best to locate the map marker as close to the correct position as possible. Occasionally, the system gets it wrong, particularly for new builds, or properties relatively newly built.

In these cases, the best thing to do is to contact your Estate Agent. Every Estate Agent has access to PropertyPal and can add, edit and update any of their properties at any time.

You just need to ask your Estate Agent to re-position our map marker to the correct location and your property will immediately update.
