Glenties

DNG Dorrian present to the market a diverse holding of bog land which may appeal to those with interests in wildlife and nature not to mention sheep grazing. 

The subject lands comprise of a level, singular block of land that is subdivided in part by a shared right-of-way that extends to a combined area of circa 20.24 ha (50 acres, as outlined as Plot B1 and B2 on the attached map. The hatched area over the lake is included but does not form part of the c. 50 acres. 

 The subject property is situated in an elevated, semi-rural setting, yet conveniently located just under 3km from the centre of Glenties.  Part of land extends into Lough Ananima along the north eastern boundary and commands just over 450 meters of frontage onto a secondary road that links back onto the main access road leading from Glenties to Dungloe (approx 1.5 kms). 

The entire holding appears to be located outside a designated Special Protection Areas (SPA) and Special Areas of Conservation (SAC).
