PropertyPal do not accept properties listed directly from private sellers or landlords. Each agents details are listed on the page with their contact details. If you are an agent or are in the process of setting an Agency up, please forward the following information to start the application process: - A copy of your Property Redress Scheme certificate stating your company name. - A copy of your Public Liability insurance stating your company name. - A copy of your registration with HMRC for Money Laundering purposes if you intend to list Sales properties. - Registration details with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (if applicable). - ICO Registration number. - A copy of your Company logo in JPG or PNG format (minimum size 600 × 375 pixels). - Completed Membership Form (Downloadable <a href="https://content.propertypal.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/MembershipForm.pdf">here</a>).
