Why do you advertise let/sale agreed and sold properties on PropertyPal when they are no longer available?

Some estate agents recognise the exposure in their marketing efforts, and often leave properties that are Sold or Let, on both their own website and other portals such as ourselves as evidence of their ability, and as a way to attract new business in the area.

We understand this can be frustrating for you as a user, and as such have included different options in our ‘More Filters’ to help.

We recommend the following:

Please ensure on the advanced search you have DISABLED the ‘Sale Agreed Properties’ in order to exclude these from your search results. In the case of rentals, please ensure that ‘Let Agreed Properties’ is DISABLED. This will ensure that these properties will no longer appear in your searches.
