The Carrickfergus branch followed in early 1998 and Ballyclare in 2001. With Herbies' decision to retire and take on a consultancy role, Nick and Jennifer were joined by Jill Millar who became a partner in Ballyclare and ultimately owner of that branch.&nbsp; In 2013 the partners formed&nbsp;<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 900; line-height: inherit; vertical-align: baseline; color: #333333; letter-spacing: 0.5px;">THE RENTAL PARTNERSHIP<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: inherit; vertical-align: baseline; color: #333333; letter-spacing: 0.5px;">&nbsp;a stand alone property /management company handling all aspects of residential property lettings. The company is committed to providing a professional personal service based on more years experience than we care to admit and is backed by highly trained, knowledgeable and motivated staff, with a solid background in Residential Sales and Lettings as well as New Homes.
