Doonass

The site is located at Doonass, Clonlara, Co. Clare. It lies within an area of special control within an area designated "Rural Areas Under Strong Urban Pressure" in the County Development Plan. In this case the locals only restriction does not apply to this site.

The site is elevated with a south westerly aspect measuring approximately 30m x 60m.

The site is being sold with full planning permission for a passive house and the design concept reflects a number of key areas to include a modest human scale, a style influence by the traditional vernacular and that echoes a cluster of buildings around a yard with natural slate roof, timber Aluclad windows and doors and a south facing roof slope for solar panels.
