This branch served to cater for all needs and requirements, with many private lettings and sales as well as options for tenants receiving housing benefit. Before long, we established ourselves as a leading agency within the North and West Belfast markets. In 2010, despite a shrinking property market, Property People Estate Agents enjoyed continued success and opened a second branch on Ormeau Road in South Belfast. This branch consists of a team of specialised agents who are knowledgeable of the student housing market, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's), as well as all matters in relation to sales, lettings and property management.
