The lands are located in a scenic rural area, known locally for its prime arable lands. It is close to the Castledillon Estate and Hockley Lodge Residential Home. The lands are approached via two rights of way, one off the Portadown Road (Opposite the Mullanasilla Road), the second is off the Drumilly Road.
Directions: The main entrance is opposite the Mullanasilla Road (it is on the right hand side driving from Richhill towards Armagh), drive through the grey walled entrance, continue for around half a mile along this farm road, the entrance to the field is on the left hand side. Please note, it is not the field at the very end of the lane, it is the gate before the one at the end of the lane. The second entrance is located on the Drumilly Road around a third of a mile from the Portadown Road, it is on the right hand side through some old iron gates. The field is on the left down this lane, or if you continue to the end of that lane, it opens into the 19.8 acre field.
