This property offers a unique opportunity, set on a spacious 1-acre site with potential for a replacement dwelling, subject to planning permission from Meath County Council.
Located in a prime setting, just off the Trim/Longwood Road, the cottage benefits from excellent road frontage and proximity to key amenities.
Longwood is just 3.5 km away, with Trim only 11.5 km and Enfield Train Station 13 km. Access to the M4 motorway at Enfield is conveniently just 14 km from the property, ensuring seamless connectivity to Dublin and beyond.
Built in the early 1900s, the existing cottage, while in very poor condition, offers a blank canvas for those seeking a project. Extending to approximately 41 sq.m., the cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a kitchen.
The size of the site provides ample space for extending the current dwelling or for constructing a new home, pending planning permission. This property may also qualify for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant. More details are available on www.gov.ie.
Whether you’re looking to renovate or build a new home, this property holds incredible potential in an idyllic and accessible location. BER: G
