From Humble Beginnings
PropertyPal launched in Northern Ireland in 2008, initially as a text messaging solution. However, when we realised there was just one portal serving the entire local market, we knew we could offer something bigger and better. But it would take hard work.Our team took to the streets, knocking on doors and talking to property professionals across Northern Ireland, one area at a time until we'd worked our way across the whole country.
We showed them a brand new platform built around their needs, with features that would delight the public. It wasn't like any solution they'd seen before but was exactly what they were waiting for. One by one, they started to join us. Today, every single property professional in Northern Ireland uses PropertyPal.
Reaching Pole Position
In 2012 we officially took market leadership and haven't looked back. We are now officially and unshakably Northern Ireland's number one property portal with more listings, more visitors and more features than any other local property website.
But we're not complacent. With offices in Belfast and Dublin, we have an in-house team of programmers, designers and digital experts working on innovative new ideas day-in-day-out for our customers and their customers.
Over the years, UK national portals have tried to ‘break’ Northern Ireland (most notably OnTheMarket in 2016) but all have failed because they simply can't compete with us.

As well as being first to market with new technology, we were early adopters of social media and now have an engaged audience with more followers than all other portals in Ireland combined.
On top of this, we have never taken advantage of our position as market leader and to this day, we remain the most cost effective property advertising solution for our customers.
