We have been instructed to offer for sale approximately 2 acres of land adjacent to the village of Foreglen.

The lands are currently in trees and heavy undergrowth. The land will be totally cleared prior to any completed sale.

 They are located just opposite the local primary school, within the village limits but sitting just outside the development limit as determined by the last Area plan. They may at some stage in the future be considered for inclusion within the next development plan.
