APP Kirrane Auctioneering are delighted to bring to the market two parcels of mixed forestation forestry consisting of 14.5 Acres approx. The first parcel is located on the N83 Cloonfad - Ballyhaunis road. The second parcel is located on the L5555 secondary road just off the N83. Part of Folio MY48216.
Grants are available under the ash dieback scheme to replace some of the ash that hasn`t matured as it should. The forestation was planted in 2005. There are 5-10 years left for the forestation to mature. There are no premiums available for collection on this forestation.
