Direct access to the Waterford Greenway!
Situated on the main street of the ever-growing town of Kilmacthomas - this impressive commercial building is finished to a high standard and most recently traded as a popular restaurant/coffee shop.
On the ground floor there is a fabulous long counter and serving area with customer dining and plenty of seating. To the rear of the ground floor there are customer and staff toilets. Externally to the rear, there is a most impressive outdoor sheltered dining area which has direct access to the adjoining carpark and influx of bike riders from the Greenway. The area has a modern artificial grass floor that is essentially maintenance free.
A quaint staircase from the front of the restaurant leads upstairs to a bright and spacious area, currently set up for food prep but could have residential potential down the line.
The prime location and high quality internal finishes have created a restaurant that is ready for immediate use. Viewing highly recommended!
