The kitchen is spacious and welcoming, with the focal point being the large dining table, and comes fully equipped for all your needs; there is a large utility area with washing and drying facilities.

  A door from the kitchen leads to a bright sunroom and into the downstairs bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, ensuite shower room, and spectacular vaulted ceiling. Double patio doors open onto a paved, sheltered area which catches the morning sun.

There are several steps throughout the ground floor of the property.

 A second bedroom with king sized bed is situated upstairs. It overlooks the side garden and is beside the main shower room.

The third bedroom features a triple bunkbed, and the fourth room has twin trundle beds thus offering the option of sleeping four. It also has its own ensuite.

Travel cot and highchair are available if required.

The cottage has a garden both at the front and to the side which is fully enclosed and perfect for children to play safely.
